Return Period

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Babyschlafsäcke (Baby Sleeping Bags)
  • Daunenschlafsäcke (Down Sleeping Bags)
  • Biwaksäcke (Bivy Sacks)

Additionally, Ausrüstungspflege (Equipment Care) products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.
