Return Period
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Babyschlafsäcke (Baby Sleeping Bags)
- Daunenschlafsäcke (Down Sleeping Bags)
- Biwaksäcke (Bivy Sacks)
Additionally, Ausrüstungspflege (Equipment Care) products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Refund Process
